Returns and Exchange

Overview

  • Policy Duration: The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, a full refund or exchange cannot be offered.
  • Eligibility for Return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened media items (CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item for the same product, you must send an email to nrumenahmed@gmail.com and mail your item to the physical address.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail it to the designated physical address.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the boutique does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
